tigers walk the night

Haunting!

I read this once, then went grocery shopping with it still ringing in my mind.  Came back and read it again....it still haunts me.

It would be too easy to assume the intent by the body of the work alone. The title is major. Yanno I love you, don't you? I does, I does.

I read the title and the first line as belonging together.

along with ones who sneak in dark thinking no one can see or hear their destruction
got tigers tweaking after twilight hunting through cars.

I'm relating this to current events, guess cause what's presently happening with selling all our ports to the Saudis scares me like anything.

Outstanding!
The title captured me...the rest brought tears to my eyes.

And that is how it was...there lying in
wait,  your heart going a thousand beats
per minute...sweat dripping into your eyes.
