Here I am,
Staring in the midst of emptiness
With bitter feeling of loneliness
And hollow thought filled with madness.

Life’s uncertainty
Somehow made a geek in me
Though adventure is my pleasure,
My soul still seeks for a treasure.

I pretended to be strong
Didn’t let my eyes cry
Didn’t let myself stop
I just walk and run.

It’s deep inside where I weep,
Deep inside I’m so weak.
Until when will my very core,
Can still manage to uphold or bear?

Jane, the pain is very evident in this poem. I hope it is replaced with smiles very soon.  Nicely done.
