Don't we all have memories like this that we like to look back upon and wish that it could have gone to the fullest extent, whatever that extent would be. In reading this poem, I was reminded of my one fiance who I was madly in love with and we were to be married in 3 months. He left my place on a Sunday night and I never saw him again. He never said goodbye or anything. I have no idea where he is. Your poem reminded me of the good times he and I had together. Beautifully written. Sheri Adams Jesus lives in my heart! He can in yours too!!! |
