You spoke words that were somehow
Celestial
As though each syllable
Had taken some ray of light
Condensing it
To form an impression
Seen as the sunlight
That seeps in between the trees
Recalling at once
The shape of a young woman
Who gracefully dancing
Followed the choreographed
Steps of the willow branches
Struck dumb I wandered
Silently forward
Arriving late
Unexplained
I met your eyes
Searching not for stars
But constellations

-Happy Valentine's Day Kristin~ 4 years with you have shown me the depths of the sea, the sunset from the willow branches, and the hidden recesses of my own heart..

'the shape of a young woman

followed the choreographed
steps of the willow branches.'

Enchanting.
