My persistant Millette! thy softness doth
Sooth the heartstings into rhyme
O’ergrown are the thoughts of thee within me--
With jasmin, lillies, roses, all kinds to see.
Snatch’d from each passing year
Sweeter doth the birds cometh to sing
unto the window ledge looking upon romance--
’tis two lovers embowed together.
And the longing flute doth play,
As I call thee the tempest of love
Delicious in thy thoughts devouring--
Such voyagers pass through heartbroken.
What melodies honey-dipped shall wonder free
It’s scent pour’d down amongst the rain
caressing the loathing touches most dreamt--
And thus, a kiss upon the clouds be certain.

Her instrument enchanting with each blow,
The muse of romance doth lift her finger light
Cometh to my soul and play thy harp--
For guilt could send entrapment to me tonight.
Bathe’d by the lust doth wonder amongst those feelings,
Which heart shall bloom amongst my own
Oh! ‘tis a quiet calming thought upon this sea--
Fresh the sailor in me on the lovers lane.
In half dreamt visions doth the siren’s voice,
Tremble o’er the many thoughts and memories
’tis the tempest cometh to claim her prize--
The rocks! Dost cast its shadow on my soul.
It weighs upon the heart loosening the cage,
Invasion, the butterflies hath caught flight
carnage of the senses brings to me the sense of love--
’tis the kiss unto the lips that finishes me.

With a moments pause oft to hear the beat,
The memories burst! Beneath only remains thee
I rest unto thy eyes sooth’d by the landscape--
My gaze looking back unto myself.
’tis the love spell that hath me hand in hand,
Far from the common sense of logic
Which shall burn any heart cold before its time--
doth cometh may thorns make the scars from the rose.
Deep sighs the tempest but a shadow now remains,
Proud towers fall inwards and decay within the hour
’tis the beats of love no more that affect me--
Hath I woken on the siren’s island to be cast aside.
O where my millette doth roam to and fro,
And tear drops doth dwell unto the eyelashes
Waiting for the last goodbye to fall--
Death upon the trail of long ago love.

Shakespeare has a new name, Redstone, and upon reading the beauty of your words, my heart did beat heavy.

Such power, and passion, I am amazed for I was witness as this poem was birthed into creation, and it was done on the spot in minutes...wow!

You Lee are so talented, blessed by the angels of love...

sweet kisses I send,
for this is so lovely,
I treasure it dearly,
thank you~
