You left me, But still we’re together, I close my eyes, Picturing the image, Your hands in my hands, My head upon your shoulder, Deep breathing heard through the echos of the dark, The feeling is unimaginable, Pulling you away, I study your body, Tears flow, I brush my fingers over the warmth of your lips, Move to the hair, Silky and soft locks shift smoothly through my fingers, My eyes open, My hands are drawn out in front of me, Nothings there, Your gone but still here, I’ll always remember you the way you were |
