I was broken down and weary, feeling like I was born to lose. With my shoulder to the wheel, I'd just fall down. No matter how I tried, I couldn't shake those "Hard Time Blues" All around my door the wolves kept hanging 'round. But a small voice deep inside me said, "Pull back your hand, my son." "Bring your troubles to the Lord and let them lay." "In your life so full of struggle, it's the one thing you've not done." "Just surrender, and the Lord will find a way." "Find a way through the darkness... Pierce it with a guiding light." "Find a way through the burdens of each day." "Just surrender to the Savior and know ALL will be alright." "Be still... and the Lord will find a way." You can give up all your troubles, if you'll give up your foolish pride. Each knee will bend and every head shall bow one day. The Lord is at your door. Just let him in and step aside. Have faith that the Lord will find a way. All of you with heavy burdens and with no place left to turn... Are you down enough to bow your head and pray ? In a world thats so uncertain... Theres one thing that I've learned... If you step aside... The Lord WILL find a way. Find a way through the darkness... Pierce it with a guiding light. Find a way through the burdens of each day. Just surrender to the Savior and know ALL will be alright. Be still... and the Lord will find a way. |
