In deep array of thoughtful bliss Attuned to heart and passions way Amidst the taste of wanted kiss And all the things to hold at bay The wicked thought of happiness An outward smile from loneliness Then mask the face and tell the lie In pantomime of days pretend Hiding from the questions why Rejecting what the wise do lend Feeding where the weeds won’t grow Cursed by what so many know Sleeping by a lovely dream Near true to touch till mind’s awake Blessed from what does hopeless seem A moment free does passion make Reflect upon through hours near Finding what is you my dear In deep array of thoughtful bliss You walk with me in happy smile It may be phantoms that I kiss But even they may last a while You hold my hand and touch my heart Till moment's end and we depart [This message has been edited by Rick (02-10-2006 11:27 PM).] |
