Im not an award winner
Im just that average girl
Im not gunna get far
no notin this dissapointing world

I know your not perfect
Its an illusion your creating
All these trophies you collect
while im still in waiting

I know that im jealous
Your obviously number one
but i dont need any trophies
to be proud of what ive become

Id rather be a friend
You can be the brain
Id rather stick to the sidelines
You can take the main frame

I agree, I would rather be on the side lines. We in our own way prove our worth in the long run. No need to prance and shout and we don't wear ourselves out trying to keep on proving ourselves. The old tale of the rabbit and the hare. Who wins in the end? Beside where would they be if they had no one to witness their greatness and to praise them over and over? best to you, martyjo
