So Mortal This Life

When you lose
a loved one,
a heartache
you face.

So mortal
this life,
so temporary
this place.

The truth...everything changes.  But, memories, maybe they last forever.

Thank you iliana and The Lady for the nice responses...

So true James.

I know because I just did and it hurts right to the core of the human being!

I rejoice and sing praises for the LOAN of these precious ones who have touched my life.  The ones who have donned new garments and the ones who remain.  This is a wonderful writing and with it, you have joined the ranks of those who have touched my life.  Thank you for the blessing.
