For lack of better ways to world
or world ways

For lack of better jobs, better
places to live, better cars to drive,
better clothes to wear

For lack of better mothers, fathers
son, daughters

For lack of better friends because they support us
enemies because they define us
acquaintances because only they can see that instant cool

For lack of better lovers
For lack of better making love
For lack of better places to visit
For lack of having better accomplishments

We live for lack and love it
because we recognize the worth
in the things we have
because we'll never lack the will
to do better and be better.

For never lacking a dream.

For lack of not denying…
This is a realization that dreams make us
just what we should be.
