Balmy breezes blowing, mane flowing

in the west you shall find me running freely by the sea,
where I must be, to live my life in harmony
with the stars and moonlight showers of a Pacific sky,
dancing beneath moonbeams and celestial lights,
sheltering my soul from earthly frights.

I put my feet to flight ‘neath skies where souls seek rest
upon billowing clouds, where you shall find me
drinking raindrops in wet refreshing peacefulness.

As my footfall resounds in the sand seeking the edge of this land,
I am as close to freedom as a body can hope to be.

Running freely forward, western wind in my mane,
with eyes turned constantly  toward the open sea,
this is where my spirit feels free

I relate to this because of my fear and respect of the sea; I do not swim or know how to, but my love for the peace and uniqueness of solitude.............great piece!

OhKacy~
This one is so good that I could almost feel the salt air~

I like everything about this piece~

Your word movement gallops to a crescendo ...
depositing the Spirit on the shoreline of freedom, bathed in serenity~

Kacy, you KNOW I love this. Requesting permission to print it off and frame it and hang it on my wall

and then He created the horse...

Good Lord, this is lovely.

I have been in the Pacific.

One day I will get back there, Kacy.

Beautiful, I needed this.
