The passing days, the months, and passing years…
Brings no end to all their fears.
Lonely shadows forever weep,
For broken hearts they all shall keep.
Locked inside their broken dreams,
Kept company by their awful screams.
Insanity walks these darkened halls,
Their blood soon smeared upon the walls,
Wishing for death to release their strife.
This hell-washed sin that they call life.
But no answer to their dire request,
So each night as they lay to rest,
Afraid what comes with closed their eyes
With each breath a little more soon dies.
With memories of things gone wrong.
Tears again come before too long.
Does God even care for these lost souls?
Or blood they shed when the bell tolls?
To drain the sorrow piece by piece,
But their futile efforts bring them no peace.
For hell they have found of their own making...
A nightmare they’ve found themselves never waking.
Living corpses litter these darkened halls.
Their sorrow forever smeared upon the walls.

Fear destroys the mind, depression destroys the soul... only love and compassion may save you from death.
