someone was knocking on the
other side of the door!
like a throw of slaps,
on the back lot of my natural world

was this creation, awakening some hallucination
of soft spring earth?
strangeness, planting in the orphanage
of connection, like bone-shifted motorways
behind logistics, beyond where the earth breaths
then, hangs a long pause
marbled with morning empires…

perhaps a myth of perfect love?
saturated with fumbles
of mildew and nimble daylight
about to be written
molecular fountains
tortoise-shell wings of
today, unlike any other day

i’ve seen the white lava of sun lit rivers
purring like a domestic routine
heading toward a later age, one of which
steps into this moment hugging the surface
of each thought, each opened eye of tomorrow
might be more important, then any inner
message…or any weeping..
sometimes it’s hard to know
between the dimensions of abstract crawls

my sleepy eyelids, levitating principles of
zen minds, camouflaged by enlightenment
in the museum of memories…bucketfuls
of innkeeper’s proverbs emphatically
placing an end to hostilities
there is poise in loss of tides
life to the death of dreams
dignity in suspension of approach

and for the truce of the unknown
peace exhales from goals that were not mine
like a pandemic, taking over origin
some family alliance of ingenious
intervention, rendering the autonomy
of one crucial point of truth….

so, i step into the arms of reception
unarmed, and helpless to the warmth
of my morning nakedness
thinking…perhaps another dream might
faint at the merest touch of expression

in every living organism…

and I, the perfect drifter into conscious
awareness…even, if for only a moment

unafraid, I opened the door
chiffon beads of morning
burns a flower into my hand
shower of warmth
explodes on the city scape
of my town...

one more day, one more hour

LeeJ,
A clever way of saying to be or not to be.
The decision is yours. Good morning sweet.

A theme song for natural life and living.
A walking into warm sunshine on a cold and windy day.
A breath of fresh air.  Very descriptive living.  Beautiful LJ.

LeeJ - Your writing stetches the mind along the straights and around the corners and then when we get to the end we can only say, "Wow!"  Wonderful as usual.

Lee~
If it's okay with you ... I will simply be amazed by your continual conceptions of word-renders~

explodes on the city scape
of my town...

one more day, one more hour'

Your descriptions are so vivid! I think I could learn a thing or two from you.
