i saw another side to you,
of which i didnt know.
you hurt me in ways ill never forget,
and for that im letting you go.
you told me things of pain,
you broke my heart again.
i thought you were the one for me,
but our love will never be the same.
you lashed out at me,
told me it was the end.
the tears kept rolling down my cheeks,
and my heart will never mend.
i thought that you were different,
you were like no-one i knew
but the things you said, the things you did,
made me realise our love wasnt true.
i hate to know our loves been lost,
and we will never be the same.
but no longer can i carry on,
feeling all this pain.

Remember, you are a queen! ~ and one who writes poetry with much emotion. The road to finding our true love, is often a rocky one. Each relationship that we have, helps us to define what really want ~ or don't want! ~ in a man! It is a process us that most of us have had to go through. We live ~ and hopefully learn! ~ and try not get stuck in any of the potholes along the way.

Bravo. Atleast your wise enough to see the truth and move on Poetry Queen. That was a very smart (although painful) choice.
