Haunting melodies play through my mind
Taunting my soul with their endless notes
Singing along I find myself keeping time
Ringing in my ears a tune no one else knows

I love it when short poems work- and this one did on so many levels.  Beautiful.

Like a ship blown from it's mooringby a wind off the sea- I have been changed for good.
