Do you walk softly
on the edge of hope
in fear of being cut again
I once did
and fell away
every time desparate
to heal and be safe
Now I go
boldly
stomping
seeking
to be cleaved in two
So as to be doubled
by my efforts

Bind me sole and Soul to the One
Together to pour Love into the world
until tears of joy fall like rain
