RESTRAINT 21 December 1981 Do not sever the delicate cords that stretch out between you and me, For how could I then feel the poignant call of hadedahs, Or taste the air with yellow-billed kites, Or recall perfection in blue-eyed gannets, Or happiness in Beethoven, blue overalls, Small buck, babies’ bottles and Christmas mince pies, Without dying a little? - Owl |

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... I could fall in love with you? (I don't know if you are a man or a woman--I think you are female, but it doesn't really matter--it's too late now.) With a heart such as yours, it is impossible to not fall in love. Every observation in this is held with such tender gratitude. and I don't even know what "hadedahs" are, but if they have a poignant cry I can only imagine that they sound like this feels. |

oh, I do love your bird awareness writes! Beware the hadedah droppings though, as they might contain a nasty parasite (sp? coccidae) that can make your pets ill if they accidentally ingest or come into contact with it. (according to the Sun) hehe, see what research you made me dooo? LOL |

Giggles, Serenity Blaze. I am very female and as straight as a dye and I am sure that you are too (and I know you don't meant that literally), but thank you anyway. Smiles. Hadedahs (Hadedah Ibis) are birds about as tall as the length from your elbow to the tip of your middle finger. The name hadedah is more or less a phonetic rendition of the call. It is a harsh call that you either adore or hate. I can't understand how anyone can not adore it, but there you are. Some people don't. Well, Midnitesun, you taught me something about hadedahs that I didn't know. However, my babies (Tigger a tabby cat and Daisy a Maltese poodle) don't eat anything outside except grass, so they are safe - but thank you for that. Thank you Katerie.
