  White snow - black crows
Salt and pepper, earth and sky.

Arugala, seem spruces,
Spinich-leaves are pines-
That mix with watercress,
Alive in nearby springs-

Which adds a bite
To day-moon cheese;

Wind stirs
Are forks and spoons,
That toss the greens
In bowls,
On mountain sides...

Winter salad for my eye.

Seems to me
there should be
some blue cheese
dressing close by...

you must have been
quite satisfied
with this meal...

Man 0 man...I would love to play the Rorshack game with you!

This was a poetry meal just as described--light, satisfying, and little things that made me squint and go "mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"

Now, that's the sort of salad that is a feast for the eyes ~ and senses!

Thanks, Nature Man! ~ I needed that!

Excellent as always Ford..
You do have a way with words..
Food for the eyes.
