We must remember
that color doesn't matter
that your skin
does not define
who you are

We must remember
those who have died
because of what they were
Instead of living
because of who they are

We must remember
that racism is evil
white or black
we are ALL the same
so please don't play the racist game

We must remember
to cast away our hate
to love each other
for who we are

We must remember
those who fight for freedom
to be who they were meant to be
and not be hated because of it

Remember Dr. Martin Luther King's dream
For all to come together
no matter you race,gender,or creed
Remember true peace can only be achieved
by casting away our hate
and loving everyone that God has made

In memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

-may the force be with you in poetry

To be this type of color blind would truly be a blessing, would it not?
