Oh wild winds of the poetic mind, Ride the spirits of fresh breezes, Flowering upon words that blossom, Upon open minds of creative liberty. Oh whispering sounds medicating minds, Ripple among the currents of brain waves. Soothing sensual natured leaving sounds, Splashing caresses massaging tranquility. Oh warbling songbird’s musical trills, Enticing melodies rejuvenating souls, Taking flight among clouds of inspiration, Floating among words dancing upon peace. Oh wading ocean rippling tides of release, Barefooted freedom of serene feelings, Enunciating sensations in meditative clarity, Isolated beaches levitating positive vibrations. Oh walking trails of refreshing relaxation, Landscape of released mental frustrations, Towering enthusiasm emancipating freedom, Spiritualism, blending together with nature. Oh wildflowers dance among the imagination. Oh wallflower so lonely join among the imagery. Waltz upon distinctive articulated high notes, Harmonious fluttering floating rainbow wings. Note: Dedicated to Suzanne and to her talented 14-year-old writing daughter, may the artistry of words always illuminate minds among rainbow wings. Upon dreams, young and old, creative minds striving to claim a patch of blue sky that will radiate among their rainbow existence. This dream is why I keep fighting for those words over the next hill.
