Gray diffuses at dusk
Webbing warmth to winter sky
Leaving Fuel behind.

Trails disperse and whisper
Catch me if you can.
The lone log
Lingers beneath first star
With wishes to extend.

L A T C H
me if you can.

several poets here, are changing their writing style, branching out...and this, simply complements not only the writer, but the reader as well...nicely done and very much enjoyed

I agree with Nakdthoughts
do a duet
sort of throw another log on the fire
and see will transpire.

kevin, iliana, Sunshine, LeeJ., nakdthoughts, and Professor Gloom,

My appreciation to you for your comments.
A duet between us sisters?  Couldn't even play Chopsticks together for what I would goof it up!  I don't think I'd wish my poetry upon her, although I'm sure she would be a good sport!  It pleases me that you think a blend could be made.  Your kindness is very much appreciated.

Already latched....of course! I like it when people spread their wings and try a new thing...especially when it works!

Ratleader,

Glad to see your comments.  I wasn't sure if I liked the fit or not.  It is good to see affirmation.  Thank you, Ed.

I concur with the Naked One's suggestion!

I'd love to see you and jo collaborating on writing a poem. You'd make a dynamic duo!

Have a glorious day!
