Fragrance of beauty,
Is near today.
Plays ‘round my nostrils
Like fauns at play.

Lovely little buttercups,
Are beaming up at me,
And butterflies are fluttering,
Wherever your eye can see.

A breeze is rustling all the leaves,
Blowing through my hair.
I hear the sound of squirrels a-chatter,
Floating on the air.

We look out over the wakening world,
To watch a robin on the wing.
I look at you and smile,
“My darling, it is spring!”

A cheery song of spring, you sing! I feel as though I just imbibed a spring tonic!

Delightful penning!

Giving you a warm, welcoming hug,
