Dismount, mi amigo, and
   wipe away yesterdays dust
Tie crystal stream to hitching post
and bow to Rainbows arc;
Dip to drink her gold

Dismount, mi amigo,
Your streams of memory
wooden post will hold.

Ok, where'd you dig this one up?

Because for all the gold,
I sware there will be a silver strike,
and Eureka will fill the air!

Sunshine,

Where'd I dig it up?  Through a one-liner dream, my friend!  "Tie crystal stream to hitching post."   I could see a little western town and a rider.  Funny, I couldn't see his horse.  Instead, he was riding a stream, or maybe a dream, and didn't want to dismount, but here he is, with powers of Paul Bunyon (but with much more grace), gently looping the stream to a rustic hitching post.  Because of the water's arc, it seemed fitting to write about rainbows.  HOpe you enjoyed.  I sure liked your poetic response!

Ratleader,
It is you who have blessed me and still do with your insight.  Funny you should bring this up just now.  With your approval, I was just fixing to dedicate it to you!

I'm so glad this is meaningful to you. I had hoped it would be.  I thought people might think I'm on meds again!  I'm not?

Take the gold and run with it, my friend.  I understand you were a sprinter in college?

hugs,
misce

To Everyone,

Thank you for taking time to read and respond.  I appreciate your kindness.
