So much happening
no room left to think
my mind ready to explode
curled up in the darkness
effort needed to take the next breath
exhuasted from a day like today

yeah, I have, and when it happens, try clearing the mind...bringing in thoughts of waterfalls, and all of nature's song...for these thoughts are only of worry and fear, not very realistic or kind...yanno?

Yes, indeedy! Far too many to mention ~ or care to remember! But we always manage to get through them ~ and hopefully still in one piece!

May tomorrow be a better day ~ and don't forget to breathe! Inhale wellness, harmony, and peace! Exhale all stress and negativity...

I will often get in a fragrant bubble bath and surround myself with candles and put my mind in a peaceful and beautiful place. ~ and put a "Please do not disturb sign on the bathroom door".
