Im so lost and I cannot be found
do not try to help me for there is no hope
I will finish my days in a cloud of smoke
dazed and confused but I try to push on
theres a storm coming that will cause me harm

My life is one big tornado
spinning out of contol destroying things in its way
if I had not lost that day to this game
I would be standing here with the trophy
but thats just how the story goes catastrophy
in the end

My mistakes I've made this time there is no way out
trapped inside this tunnel of helplessness
I try to hold on but deep down inside I know not this time
there will be nothing to rid me of this now
angry and confused so mad at myself
when I had the chance I should of called for help

You wonder what I mean when I write this ryhme
but I could not surely tell you what I've done this time
for the beauty of secrets this one is one I do not enjoy
For it will haunt me many years of my life
no longer will I have peace and joy

I do not need shine or wealth, just a pen and some paper for my health

I can't tell you the number of times in my own life I felt there was no way out, but somehow I always saw a door with hope.

I really felt the angst and pain of this one, and wish the character in the poem will also ask for help - never to late to do it!

Great write.

Althia~

Pensively deep ... one thing about the dark side of feeling that one has lost hope, is in knowing ... knowing ... that secrets grow if buried in the depths of one lost soul ... sort of like the growing of mushrooms, they just continue to grow where there is no light ... and yet, when light is shed upon the secret ... (even if admitted only to oneself) ... the pain of the secret is diminished ...~

You've sure given me pause to ponder with this one~

I wish you 'light'~

I do not need shine or wealth, just a pen and some paper for my health
