(Audio for this year-starting number will be coming later this week, yay! I want to turn this into a mid-tempo rock song with a dizzying, atmospheric sound that matches my emotions as of late yearning for my desires to come true! Hope you like it! )

Blistering Wilderness
By: Noah Eaton
1/1/06

Staring up through the canopy,
can feel like peeking through a razor blade,
dignity dominates the atmosphere,
but serenades have a tendency to masquerade.
Beneath all the distorted noise pollution,
I still hear your voice whispering,
I’m just a polyphonic vagabond,
awaiting an entrance to your community.

(Take me in,
be my muse tonight,
take me in,
be my muse tonight...)

Your eyes breathe on my face,
I feel the sweetest taboo,
envisioning your smile,
if I may insist, please persist,
Lord knows my heart’s electrocuted within,
but you’re the second wind,
that can get me through this blistering wilderness...
.
.
.
.
.
Last night you left a scar,
in the most fertile regions of my heart,
you sensed all the perilousness,
and unchecked profusion on my pilot chart,
I swear I can see your thoughts take shape,
each time I’m stricken with this heat stroke,
and beneath the white noise,
your laughter filled my lungs like smoke.

Your eyes breathe on my face,
I feel the sweetest taboo,
envisioning your smile,
if I may insist, please persist,
Lord knows my heart’s electrocuted within,
but you’re the second wind,
that can get me through this blistering wilderness...
.
.
.
.
.
Tracing all your outlines,
glazing all your eyelashes,
I’m sipping your felicity,
the emotional heat flash,
you were my meal ticket,
when I was parched of thirst,
I was stranded between oases,
your most beautiful came unrehearsed…
.
.
.
.
.
Your eyes breathe on my face,
I feel the sweetest taboo,
envisioning your smile,
if I may insist, please persist,
Lord knows my heart’s electrocuted within,
but you’re the second wind,
that can get me through this blistering wilderness...
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.

I do not, as yet have sound, but I read you...

"I’m sipping your felicity,"

That's a sexy line, sweet noah.

It implies a gnawing hunger that is innocent, but longs for NOT.

enjoyed.

Very passionate, yet light and joyous!

This will be perfect with a rock sound!

Love and hugs. Happy New Year, may all your dreams come true!
