as the new year approaches I try and recap on my journeys and all the amazing people that i have met what writers and poets ,professors and students and the quiet like a mousers and the awesome opinionated so many good friends to beaches with sandy dunes to climb and rocks to dive off of into the great lakes the forests full of life animals scurrying about and the tree's with changing leaves colors seem to sing in the fall time ... into dark space where only starlight remains to guide you ... into dreams so real when i awoke i could not tell which was which lucid talks and meeting people i have never seen before ... in my night time slumbers and then all the way to a mountains peak the keystone to the Rockies love-land pass was in my backyard and the view from those places breathless i would leave ... ...with only a camera in my hand to tell the tale and down the hallways filled with books and learning ...with teachers who did their best to help guide us through and to here where i am now in your hearts and you in mine the friends in our lives are priceless and forever there even in spirit we all rejoice for the new year ahead wishing it to be one of peace and understanding of open doors that once seemed closed and locked tight and of great love and respect for each other and the earth on which we wander may all our new years be what we always have wanted and then some .....
