My thoughts
are not yours
still, there is certain
understanding
and so much more
a mutual feeling
of "yes, I've been there"

yet, not unfamiliar
can be   the empty stare

when shaking one's head
in disbelief
while knowing the struggle
to find relief
from the never ending bane~

We each, have danced in the rain
gathering teardrops
falling from saddened eyes
seeking answers

and on self~

relying...

~~~
Yet, not unfamiliar
is this heartbeat, this sound
a reaching inward
to where
     the sacred core
is finally found
for it is there
where understanding resides..
deep within, it's held inside
and although whether it be bred
of yours, or of mine..
familiarity is shared
in the course
of life.
seek the flame within yourself
and let your soul be cleansed by
the fire of love.  Axel Ekenstierna
Maybe it's because, like that amazing grove of Aspens--we are all actually connected to one root system?
Just a thought...
Yes, I believe we understand each other
more than we let known sometimes.
Understanding you here, Donna.
