Pygmalion's Muse
(Still View of Jessica)

You awoke a dawn
So finely drawn
Amongst the December Wreckage
That muses weep upon

I wrote this for an older women in my life. I wanted to write something longer, but it felt complete like this. I framed it and the presentation is spectacular. I'll be giving it to her in less than two hours (along with a traditional Christmas gif). I hope that she likes it.
