Glass Vibes

Migrating to the evening's dreams
where glass vibes the Murano of.
Gardened by flowers tucked in the mind
with whispering touches, yesterday's love.

Nowhere to go but inside of self,
where climbing higher means taking a chance.
Alone in the glow of the after before,
the garden of knowing brings patterned advance.

Oft to the darkness where treasures are hid,
where sparkle of glass tints the night air with sound.
Where the roses in random drop petals in dance
commitment tied, challenged, temptation bound.

Into the night where a lifetime is spent,
Untangling struggles of loving's intent.

Maureen,
This is wonderfully written with interesting turn of phrases and word play.  My very favorite to date!   The words and message seem melodious to me.

Beautiful Maureen..
It stays with you like a haunting melody.

M, this poem was especially well-written ~ and memorable.

Kudos on this gem from your pen! ~ Trite, but true!
