He said to me, don’t worry son
The day will pass when it is done
And I’ll not judge the things you do
I’ll just be there to help you through

It’s not my job to live your time
I’m here to give to you what’s mine
To guide and show you if I can
To help you be a better man

And there I sat in thought a while
Happy that the voice did smile
To encourage and to speak
When I was down and feeling weak

It’s then I knew that when we pray
An inner strength does come our way
And although things can go wrong
Together here we all belong

This is an inspirational poem that somehow reminds me offootprints. Good job!

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown
