I think
It’s your silence
That draws me most
To stand alone and yet beside you
On this hill

A subtle comment in absence—
The way that sunlight mutely lies
On what one can see as if  beyond
Anything the words can say

Together
Though each in his own solitude
We understand the meaning of afterward
Though flowers bloom and robins sing

Again and yet not again as it was—
An autumn moon now but the moon
Just rising in the east

There is always such depth and wisdom in your work and this is no exception. I love the layers of this, they wash over me like a tide.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Beautiful!  Silence, but the right kind, is a precious gem, that too few people appreciate, let alone, know.  I love the way you blend people into nature, yet let them stand out from it, as though they are sad strangers in their own natural environment.

Alone and beside...

I really love that thought.
