The light reflects the metallic shine,
flesh dull and pale.
And when the metal pierces through,
it all begins to fade.

The past, the present and future.
Even what lies ahead, and behind,
aren't quite so real, for a moment.

The red pain drips,
falling to the floor
hitting it splattering among all my tears.

Sometimes things seem so tough,
and at one point in my life this was my escape.
But now, I realise the pain is bearable,
with God by my side. The scars reminders of a past.
The Future, and now, the scars instead, will be of words.

With God all things are possible,
glad to see a positive future for you,
use the words, poetry is great therepy
for expressing the soul.
And
You are expressing yours just fine.
