I fell in love
when you first
looked into my eyes

we stood there stareing holding each other tight
from day one
you held my heart in your hands

But somewhere along the way
some one had to take you away

and now I sit alone in my room
washing you
were here
holding me close
to my heart
never to part

Never having to wonder
when I'll see you
never to hurt
as bad as I do
Becase I have never
loved a guy
as much as I love you

hope, love, is the value of poetry
