The decrepit accepting receptacle taken to task
rescued chewed and crumbled regrets like a plump
egret well satisfied having lied, Nay, laid the
staid egg of illcontent, now spent.

After tasting unbasted chicken bones and unvexed
moans and groans of love much prefer the gag-ragged
fur spurs and small balls of tattered shawl to line
its tin confines, minus the pricking pins of remorse
of course.

Write right or write wrong, it doesn't matter,
former or latter, what caused the tatters, shreds
and snips of misguided derision. Bites of snipes
and gripes bitten, smitten and written with
jazzy pizzazz bounce their hay day way to the
bottom.

Fill the can, man, with brash trash, pieces of peace
and rank-and-file spanking. You can full-tank bank
on it, it will be thanking you too!

***Five years later and my head's still on the writer's block.

It might be "an old one" ... but I really enjoyed it!

I love this! I wasn't here to see it on 1st posting, so thanks for the repost, (was it posted before?).  Anyway, I'm going through this thing myself so I love for that, plus it's just a the most wonderful herd of girding words I've ever heard!

smiles!

Good to see you here and I enjoyed the read very much. Five years when looking forward can be forever but when looking back it's just a moment so what's a moment of writer's block in the grand scheme of things?
