in memory of

when I see a stream curling down I have to stop
long enough to watch...  the ever plunging revelry for
a wistful eyes moment touching each verse of savory
flowing text splashing over each cascading thought
just below wherever ‘tis they decide to tumble
free stretching across gorges flowing on
idioms so effortlessly out to the
deep bleu quiet calm to
ne’er be felt or
heard again by
such as thine nor yor
yet touching they my soul in such

caress of way as fleeing life autumn goes wind
forgotten blows e'er so gently away through alluring
willow leaves dropped in delicate sharing tears of dole
garbed in a tainted shackle of weep just as a sun sets
mourning yet evolves on a morrow near my own dear
veiled rose of frail fears so bequeath of mist soft
in meek frayed threads gathering in wells of
realities but this falls so hard on such
vellum lines and tinder cheeks
then oily dews of languish
brow drops life daunt

a misstep of
equities
sure
footed
candor right
into sensitive laps only
to brighten yon day’s pain and its
mishaps still too fresh flowing swift in lucid drops
as from my mother’s out of spring life of June was lost how is
it then tears of joy should stream forth from eye lid’s laden pain to
swell and happiness too from sorrow’s years could telling rise drop
and howbeit all from the self same well ought tears need of bitter
spots on grimace most grievous posed why then times so
beguiling as limpid dews on lips sweet as
petaled rose of yor stop

Dale, good brother....it is so good to read your words falling on the page again...so lovely is the way you sound within my ear.  Your mother is so beautiful in that photo and your words to pages blue are also.

MY words cannot adequately express how much I was moved by YOUR words.

The soul Light beaming from your mother's eyes will continue to shine forever more.
