month of feasts dotted by work days feasts starve days become accountable sunrise, sunset shadows streak to horizons day becomes night happiness fright months of fast dotted by plenty feast spring from wells manna rains from heavens days become months and years moon crescents orbs shadows of the sun cross craters day becomes night at noon all too soon. |
