Guardians of Rote

Guarding your own obsessions
You prosecute your sins
Finding all before you guilty
Destroying all you left
To bring you
Someone else’s tear
In someone else’s heaven
For your life
To feel secure
Lord over all you survey
A dog without a lease
Living on strength
Until strength lives on you
And you move again
To live again
In someone else’s heaven
