Sunlight becomes her;
she wears it well,
softens the hard bright of it
blends warmth into its coolness
until it’s worthy of her smile.

Sunlight becomes her,
traces her traces, lines her lines
and at the touch, curves
to follow where she leads,
to shine for her a day of wishes
a promise of forever sunlit days.

Sunlight becomes her
and then, breaking forth all newness
in a smile for your hand alone,
your touch, reverent, sharing the glow,
her sunlight becomes you.

There is so much beauty and joy in the picture... so much beauty and joy in your words... They will treasure this forever... for it's a capture of love... created by love.

Congratulations, pappy-in-law! *S*
