Sitting 'round talking about love, boyfriends and gossip
how I want to be part of their group
left behind, am I nice?
do I offend?

A Day goes by and I'm a fool
not a day goes by where I wish I was them
sitting alone, got friendship, love and lonelyness on my mind
left behind

On my own now
stuck with me,I ask again am I nice? do I please? Am I happy with just me?
left behind, all alone stuck in this world
with an empty heart

Overwhelemed with my life
I don't have any strife
Hiding behind my fears
I'm left behind

"Don't try to fix me, I'm not broken"

I don't think I have read this before.  This poem reflects a place where many of us have been at one time or another.  It gets better...it does.  Just hang in there.  Hanging in there is part of the answer.   ....jo
