 Protective Spirit Of Wolf In Howl Wrap your totem around me now Keep me safe from the harm of wrong Grant me safe passage on Ancient Song Sung on the night of the red moon in swell Spirit Of Wolf … protect me in this earthly shell~ You have guarded me ever-safely When others about me, knew me not I trust in the power of great visions seen Through your protective eyes, so very keen Grant me this day, far into the rising of new night In your care … I will do what you believe is right~ Wolf-Spirit-In-Howl … I hear your plaintive call Believing you to be … the protector of us all~ ~Bill, I would call upon the Great Spirit Wolf to hold you in his protective care, until I will hold you again~ ~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost, |

Thank you all for the tender replies to this piece, which simply was a *word gift* from the Ancients~ Little did I know that - 'Keep me safe from the harm of wrong' would come into play during the scheduled procedure~ As the anesthesiologist took the time to read Bill's chart and pre-test results, he saw that something important had been left out and he refused to put Bill 'under'~ Bill has been scheduled for a stress test next Tuesday ... then after those results are complete, perhaps he will once more be scheduled for surgery on his larynx~ He is a singer, song writer and guitarist, so the use of his voice is very important to us~ His band has been patiently supportive and eagerly awaits Bill's return to the stage~ Bill continues to do his wonderfully creative wood carving to pass the time~ Thank you ALL for the prayers and thoughts~ Sincerest *Huglets* ~*Marge and Bill*~ ~*No matter what I search for ... |
