Sweet, gentle fae in your bower,
Please join our dance at midnight hour.
Sing your songs of mystic praise
And spirits join as voices raise.

Gentle spirit of the moon
Allow not morning to be soon.
For we have dances to attend
Above a star-filled river bend.
Where castles puncture through the clouds,
And fairies keep the gremlins out.
Where mingled kisses start and end
Above a star-filled river bend.

We'll waltz upon a bed of moss
In gowns of lace with pearls emboss,
Our partners eyes hypnotic be
And lead us under willow tree.
Their magic kisses cast a spell
That even daylight cannot quell.
River breezes cool perfumed air
As moonbeams ripple through our hair.

Boat of sail heralds our depart
Midsummer's eve locked in our hearts.
Yes, fairy dances we did attend
Above a star-filled river bend.

You two do find a harmony of kinship that cannot be bested.  What a lovely write. Hugs to both.   Ken

a very fine friend

The tale of two sisters...

and in some ways?

This reminded me of that love.

Thank you!
