a mirror is a rare event
a mirror spent in

            contemp
t              or         lation

knifecuts....where
the                       HELL
                did they come
                            from?

my face is memory smooooooooooooth
          is it not?
              not
             not
Not in this mere ROAR

                    exhaling: disgust!
it sounds like sails...
           sending
       this old
face
                    to some
                         ONE

who would appreciate

Intriguing mirror! Our faces reflect our story and our essence. And when we look beyond the “knifecuts” the true beauty surfaces easily … and ONE appreciates IT always …
Good job!

wind hitting taut sails
stretched and ready

and you

never jagged

I like the way this is all put together, it almost looks like a jumbled backwards image of yourself. I understand.

Woah! I like your style Brian. Packs a whallop! I can hear those sails filling from here. I'm all to familar with that exhaling digust. Maybe it's a streak of vanity cause lookin back, I realize I was never that good lookin by anyway. :-)

Whats on the outside will never out weigh what lies within. I hope this thought let some of the air out of your sails. :-)

Incredible writing Brian.  Love the way you pulled this all together.

and learn eternal truths from the past..

I wanted it all and I've ended up with nothing.
