A CAJUN CATFISH SATURDAY NIGHT

The catfish smelled scrumpdillyicious in that Bayou air,
Couples danced the two-step up real close everywhere.
Their hips swayed to that rocking Louisiana beat,
Groovin to the music, and eating some alligator meat.

The temperature sure was rising, it felt like 110.
Beads of sweat rolled down brows of the finest lookin men.
Darn, all seemed paired up with a pretty bayou girl,
Then suddenly a local Layfayette boy asked me for a twirl.

He took my hand and led me down by the river’s shore,
Already my blood was pumping, my heart began to soar.
His walk, his smile, how he fit those jeans, I noticed all of that,
But the thing that I noticed most of all was his cowboy hat!

Man I felt him dig in his hips and do a Cajun grind,
This two-steppin, sexy Bayou man was feeling mighty fine!
I got daggers from a little blonde shooting me a stare,
I figured he was hitched right then, but I didn't care.

'Teach me your Bayou rhythm', I said, fluttering eyes of blue.
I'd wrap him 'round my finger before this night was through.
He put one hand on my butt, and locked the other in my hand,
He nuzzled really close to me, Lord,I could hardly stand!

We did the bump and grind to that rocking Cajun tune,
At Layfayette's Catfish Festival, underneath a silver moon.
My heart started racing, my pulse it quickened some...
I was not on my home turf; I might as well have some fun!

My hips swayed over, caught him in an erogenous spot,
I was here with someone else, but I knew I wouldn’t get caught!
His breath was sweet and warm as it rested on my neck,
So I moved my lips to his and gave him a gentle little peck.

He looked as if this was his cue that he could fondle me,
So inside my blouse he went, to feel what he could see.
His hand was rough and yet arousing to the very touch,
Go ahead, my Bayou 2-step man, it won't take very much.

Out of nowhere appeared the guy who had brought me here,
With his warm smile, he sweetly asked, "would you like a beer?"
'Having fun I see', he said, "He** yeah, I wanted to say"...
But I said, "Why? Don't tell me  we have to be on our way?"

'So, I see you like to dance, may I give it a try?'
How could I refuse those big, dark, gray, and haunting eyes?
He must have been watching us put on that little show,
As he twirled me only once, then said, 'Come on baby, let's go!'

What happened next at the Cajun Fest was a total surprise,
He held me close, moved real close, and stared into my eyes,
The rest I have to simply leave to your imagination now,
We went home, and all I can say to you is just a simple little 'Wow!'

I love Louisiana, the Cajun music, and sweltering erotic heat,
It's the place for making love; bet it's something in that gator meat?

Well Maree, we will all have to go down there one day and two-step with those cute Louisana boys there!  I know for certain I want to go back but in the "cool" weather, if there is any.   LOL
