Interred within the drifting clouds
a spirit seeking passge, dare,
through sighs, become a gentle breeze
dispersed upon an evening fair.

At times, to make its' presence known,
an aberration of the light,
a shift in ones perspection sensed
acknowledging the spirits' flight.

That dabbles not in mans' affairs,
preferring to infuse the sky,
in parting leaving complex winks
of stars, to mark our passing by.

Until such time, as dawn appears
and daylight casts its' vivid shroud,
communion with this spirit seems
more so condoned, than just allowed.

Awesome write, Dr.Moose!  I'll think about this the next time I feel a gentle breeze, too.  It's a piece that will stick with me.   ......jo

Absolutely right but only for the believers. An excellent piece that I think tells it like it is but then again, I'm a believer.
