Oh, how I wished I owned a car
Nothing fancy, just transportation.
I could take a date out to dinner,
Or a chick-flick to stir her emotion,
Go shopping the mall with no intent,
Even take a weekend down the ocean.
Ahh the freedom a vehicle would bring
Have wheels and always ready to go,
But I ain't getting a car any too soon
Because I've not the money on gas to blow.

sob

Ain't that the truth! Chris

Poetry is an echo, asking a shadow to dance.
