The Good Exposed In Circles

We all came to this home without a wall
Advertised as a haven without an end.
A circle Ron claimed the poets called,
Their poetic family of friends.

I remember coming by here that day,
Seeing no dissention was a real surprise.
Wandering further into this site of his
I couldn’t believe my hungry eyes!

Poetry written from the heart and soul
It seemed those people even knew each other.
They exchanged necessities on a thread
Like they were a sister or brother.

Time confirmed the very thing I saw
When I walked through Passion’s doors,
This is not a virtual family of friends
Compassion rains, when trouble soars.

I, like you, treasure my Pipp friends,
They are very real to me indeed.
This site plants love, and caring,
And each of us is but its seed.

I can’t help but take a second to thank Ron
For his very kind, and giving way.
This being a prime example of compassion
Where his philanthropy saved the day.

Thank you RON from all of us
And
Bless all the Victims of Hurricane Katrina

hey, Shaaaron, no fair, I thought you were supposed to ask permission BEFORE you used someone elses stuff?     were ya scared? Just kidding...I am honored that something I said/wrote inspired someone, especially you dear lady...actually, I'm so lucky to have found you...this web site, all it's allowing, caring understanding people...the membership of respectful great talent shows, when times are tough....this was utterly beautiful Sharon

A dedication aptly put to music by a wonderful caring poetess....thank you for writing, sharing and being there, for all those who needed you during this time.  I expect that you've done things for those who are not connected to PIP...it's just the way you are...

This is a lovely tribute from someone who has a caring and giving heart ... to another who shares the same dear qualities.

Two wonderful friends that I'm so very grateful to know.

Thank you "both" for all you do and for all you give to others.

Best wishes and hugs,
/Kit

I enjoyed your poem and also find myself amazed and appreciative of the compassion and love shown here.  Indeed, Ron has done a great job and service to so many.  He and others have created a safe haven for wandering souls, wandering poets.  Thanks, Ron!  Thank you, Mysteria!

Anyone with a little bandwidth can offer up a forum to post in. But it takes someone special to create an environment such as PiP. And it takes more than a host to make a place as wonderful as this is...it takes all of the members here. Those who are here every day and those who come once in awhile. Those that write a lot and those that don't. Life, like PiP goes in a circle...from beginning onward...without end.

Thank you Sharon for this...

Thank you Ron for being you.

Thank you members for keeping the circle of friendship ever widening.

I literally got choked up reading this declaration from your heart. You are as beautiful on the inside as you are on the outside.

Ron must love what you did with his photo and his pip motto! Very artistic ~ and sentimental!

I totally concur with every blessed word that you wrote! IWIHWT

Blessings to Ron, you, our fellow pipsters and all those who have been victimized by Katrina.

Love & Light,

had to come back to read this again...I don't know why, my mood today is up and down regarding the hurricane victims...and I think, without Ron, without this website, were would we all be today?  Thank God for the greatness in this web site, for Ron, it's admins...the care in here for others is so acceptional...and because of all of you...I see great things bloom.

Hugs to you Ron and many many thanks to Sharon for this beatiful tribute.

Thank you for responding everyone.

I think everyone who has any sense of compassion is feeling mood changes right now, as this hurricane has displaced people we know and love.  That is just human nature.  The best we can do is to take breaks away from the television, and even this site to gather ourselves up in order to be the strength of those most needing us.

Have a wonderful day everyone, and again, my sincere gratitude for this site being here in a time of need.

Thank you, Sharon, for saying what so
many of us feel. I love you, Ron, and
all my friends here at Passions. Real life
may keep me from coming here every day but
you people are always in my heart and
on my mind.

Thank you, Ron, for offering your home
to us and making it such a wonderful place.

Heart Hugs to you all,
Ethel

Of the loving pages blue
But the sweetest Angel ever
Could only be just YOU!!!

Thank you Sharon for all the caring you showed when it was needed.
