Still
A tint of blue
Across the street at night

The calm gaze
Of one little star

Leaves that counsel
Without a single word

Silence
Bereft of rhyme or prose
And yet it moves

pondering this
  circumstantial evidence tells me
there may be something sinister hidden within that blue gaze

Indirect evidence that implies something occurred but doesn't directly prove it; proof of one or more facts from which one can find another fact; proof of a chain of facts and circumstances indicating that the person is either guilty or not guilty....

meaning, this was a positive poem, shown through the nature of things...not to mention the signficance?  Yes?

enjoyed, even if your intent was something else.
