Past a willow grove
a charcoal colored shack
in a fold in the tapestry
A hideaway
according to a mythic soundtrack

Where plots and schemes
combine with dreams
woven and then sewn
through a sliding window
up from the gutter
into a world of its own

where the branches engulf
the ivy attacks
you can barely see
the charcoal colored shack

A million miles from anywhere
a fold in the tapestry
a crease in the quilt
on the bed in the shack
where the hideaway's built

Much enjoyed. Chris
